1st April 2011 in Malmo, at South Sweden Chamber of Commerce, took place seminar about business possibilities in Lithuania. SVC Director Rima Ingstad delivered a speech about Swedish Business Center services available to members of South Sweden Chamber of Commerce, and met some Swedish companies interested in business contacts with Lithuania. On 2 December 2010, the International Christmas Charity Bazaar (ICCB), whose patron is former Lithuanian first lady, Mrs. Alma Adamkienė, will take place in Vilnius Town Hall. Embassies of foreign countries represented in Lithuanian will participate in the Bazzar, where visitors will be able to buy souvenirs and products from different countries.  SVC Director Rima Ingstad is member of the ICCB organisating committee. All money collected will go to charity. Please come, participate and help people who really need and appreciate your help.

On 18th of November 2008, Swedish Business Center participated in the conference "Boost your business services in Lithuania" which took place in Stockholm. 

From 13-15 of October 2008, Swedish business center (SVC) together with partner South Swedish Chamber of Commerce organised a matchmaking event between Lithuanian and Swedish companies. 4 big Swedish companies each met from 5 to 12 Lithuanian companies. This was the second such common project between partners, and in future we plan to organise more matchmakings.

On January 2008, a cooperation agreement ws signed between the Swedish Business Center and the South Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Since then the Swedish Business Center has been representing South Swedish Chamber of Commerce members in all questions regarding contacts with Lithuanian companies and has been organising business meetings as well as business missions. Swedish Business Center encourages cooperation among companies interested in contacts with South Swedish companies.
